PPPreverse2 white text

Presence

Be still.
Be in the moment.
Begin to gain clarity.

Purpose

Important to me.
Meaningful to others.
The reason I am here.

Path

A journey of intent to achieve your goals and realize your dreams.

I care about supporting individual growth from a position of strength, self-acceptance and self-love versus a negative outlook filled with gaps, deficiencies and self-criticism. Every strength to an extreme becomes a weakness so the spectrum of behaviours and attitudes are still explored. Becoming aware of our hidden strengths and using them more strategically is far easier than working on things that sap our energy and cause us to procrastinate. This coaching philosophy allows me to be true to my core values which include doing meaningful work, helping others help themselves, staying grounded and learning from anyone and any moment. It is these values that have driven me towards a career in coaching, leadership development and humanitarian work.
