ERIN BUSINESS HEAD SHOTS-Medium_CropErin began her career as an accountant in the corporate finance field. While helping others through challenges associated with business growth, Erin discovered her passion for change leadership. Her outlet for this passion over the following 15 years was project and program management, during which time Erin obtained her Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.

With project work spanning 15 industries in North America, Mexico, Europe, Asia and Africa, Erin soon discovered a universal truth: all organizations face similar challenges and barriers to implementing change. Another pattern also emerged. While busy celebrating the successful conclusion of yet another project, she saw that her client’s employees appeared frustrated and overwhelmed by how the changes were impacting their daily lives. It became clear that traditional on-time, on-budget delivery models were no longer enough in an increasingly democratic business environment. These observations were the seeds for Erin’s ‘change philosophy’.

She was determined to find a better way. Erin continued to develop her skills and upon completion of the Master of Arts in Leadership at Royal Roads University, she stopped managing projects altogether. Her focus shifted to coaching business leaders, project managers and teams, enabling them to embrace change, align goals, think creatively and achieve results.

Today, as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and member of the International Coaching Federation, Erin focuses on practical leadership development. Either through one-on-one sessions or learning workshops in personal or virtual, Erin works with executives and leaders, helping them develop the leadership competencies needed to deliver on organizational strategies.
